Inspired by hours of grinding in the Tom Dixon London restaurant resulted in this weighty block of white Morwad marble and brass to smash, pummel and grind spices and herbs. A solid, sculptural piece for the tabletop that not only looks good, but works exceptionally well. An exaggerated rounded lip allows you a firm grip as you work. Materials: Turned white Morwad marble mortar. Brass Etched logo on the base. Cast Brass pestle, weighted with an inner cast iron core, polished and left unlacquered.
