This striking pan, designed by the French designer Inga Sempé, is built to allow cooking juices to flow toward the two pouring spouts, and two sturdy handles will help ensure you keep a grip on your grilling. The grill measures 435mm long x 240mm wide and 30mm high. It weighs in at 3.6 kg. It's made from vitreous enamelled cast iron in France. It's free from cadmium, lead, PFOAs and PTFEs and is composed of 30 percent recycled materials. It's oven safe and works on all hobs, including induction stovetops. (Crane advises that you always use with both induction burners on to heat the C6 griddle evenly, to avoid damaging your pan.) Crane Cookware launched in 2014.
